Hand picked from over 20,000 entrants by BBC New Talent, Roo went to on to become a finalist in the new songwriters competition in 2008. Since then he has been making a name for himself as one of the most gifted and comedic musical performer in the UK.
Having astounded audiences in 2010 across the UK as the support act for Philippa Hanna's Work in Progress Tour, his debut EP Positive Music has flown off the shelves. So impressed with the EP, former bandwithnoname frontman Chip K recruited Roo to produce his new release, K is for Kendall.
Roo has performed at many large events including Creationfest and New Wine as well as venues such as The Comedy Store in Manchester.
The finest blend of mind-boggling guitar work, beautiful melodic songs and spontaneous comedy gives each audience a unique and unforgettable live experience.
2012 sees Roo join Philippa Hanna on a UK coffee shop tour. Together they'll be delivering a world-class evening of entertainment blending songs and inspirational stories with cups of coffee.
